Darren has just completed a substantial redesign of our back garden. We are delighted with the result and have really appreciated Darren’s help, advice and attention to detail in completing the job and turning our garden into a lovely outdoor space. The job included the construction of 2 new patios, a new path and new lawn - the finish is excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending Darren’s work.

Having decided broadly what we wanted for our garden, we approached various people for ideas and quotations. When he visited to look at our requirements, Darren’s enthusiasm and creativity for the project were apparent immediately. His quotation was both timely and favorable and a date to start the job was agreed quickly.  The whole project took a little over two weeks and watching Darren’s vision come to life was an absolute joy.  We were keen to have a garden which would be wildlife friendly and now have a wildflower area, a small water feature and a cottage-style feel to the garden which is very much living up to our hopes and expectations.  Darren and his colleague Noel were prompt, courteous, efficient and friendly. Their personalities, courtesy and sense of enthusiasm shone through and they were a pleasure to have around.  We can recommend Darren and his work without reservation. Darren completed a full renovation of our garden (the work can be seen under 'Projects') and it is everything and more than we hoped for.  The work was carries out with such enthusiasm and pride and in the most friendly, professional and reliable way and all at very competitive rates.  I would certainly recommend Darren to anyone who is looking for exceptional workmanship.

Darren recently installed a trellis panel fence across our garden - this wasn't part of our original plan for the garden but was forced on us by the acquisition of a rather destructive dog, but Darren has not only built a solid and effective barrier, but made it look like it was always meant to be there.

Darren has just completed a decking project for a property that I purchased in Wellington - I am really pleased with the work and the speed that the project was completed in.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren for future projects.

After having jotted down Darren's number from his van at Creech Castle traffic lights in Taunton, we phoned and were very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. We had a clear idea of what we wanted and he was able to advise us  ... and what a lovely transformation he has achieved!  We had a bespoke pergola and decking area as well as a raised gravel seating area built ready for an arbour. The quality of the materials and the attention to detail has ensured we have the best. We can whole heartedly recommend him and his assistant Noel as their work is second to none.  A big thank you to them both.

Darren has worked in our garden on three occasions.  He did some hard landscaping which totally transformed part of our garden.  The second job he did for us was to make a bespoke picket fence around our front garden and replaced part of a fence in our back garden. The final job (so far) was to replace a whole length of fencing in our back garden.  He has completely changed the look of our gardens and it is a pleasure to sit out and enjoy them.  Darren is a true professional and perfectionist.  He will not say a job is completed until he is happy with the whole final effect.  The quality of materials used is exceptional.  Darren builds for things to last for a very long time. His assistant, Noel, works hard alongside Darren and they both make a great working team.  My husband and I miss them when they have finished a job as they are good company to have around the place.  I would recommend Darren wholeheartedly and I think anyone who chooses him to carry out work for them is making the best decision ever.

Darren initially completed a replacement of 16m of fencing for us in May 2015, and we were so impressed with his workmanship that we decided to also hire him to replace a 20m length of retaining wall, plus a further 20m of fencing. Darren was extremely helpful in the advice about materials to use for a replacement retaining wall, and after 2 weeks of work the job is now completed and we are delighted. I cannot fault Darren's attention to detail and professional attitude, and the same can be said for Noel who attended with Darren for the first week. We would absolutely recommend Darren for any landscaping work, and are already considering when we can get him back to quote on patio work. Thanks again.
